Expert counselling services
Sometimes people can find it difficult to deal with day to day challenges because they experience anxiety, depression or doubt. Counselling is intended to help each individual discuss and work through their problems – to lead to positive changes in their lives. Counselling support can also help people to come terms with specific circumstances such as a traumatic event or bereavement.
Helping children and adolescents
We specialise in providing dedicated, committed, empathetic and certified counsellors to work closely with children and adolescents who are facing a variety of mental health issues including substance misuse, self harm, anxiety and depression, psychosis and challenging behaviour.
It is vitally important that children and young people facing these issues have the correct diagnoses and the appropriate interventions as soon as possible – to prevent symptoms from becoming worse and continuing into adulthood.
We always put people at the heart of everything we do, and our counsellors do this as well. All of our counsellors are trained, qualified and certified, and ready and willing to provide professional help and support. We have a dedicated in-house training provision which ensures that all of our experts are fully up to date with current practice and techniques.

We are happy to see people on a self-referral basis – so if you require expert counselling services, you can contact us direct and we will be happy to provide an initial assessment. You can also discuss this with your GP who will be able to provide advice on the right kind of support for you.
If you require further information about our services, or require support on a contractual basis – get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
